We are here to deliver you your chosen products, with love and care. Please read below our delivery and shipping policy, before placing your order, so that you are clear of the process and have no confusion what-so-ever!
Things to know about our delivery and shipping:

We use Ekart surface, Delhivery, DTDC and Xpressbee(which ever service is available at your location) for our deliveries across India and DHL, UPS and FedEx for International shipments.

We offer free-of-cost standard delivery within India.
When will you receive the order?
For Domestic Orders (within India):
We take 10-15 business days to process a customized order. And it takes 5-7 business days for the order to be delivered across India.
However, if the address/pin code/phone no. is incorrect, the pin code is unserviceable, then the parcel will come back to us taking the 10-14 bussiness days. Hence request you to please check with the details twice.
Note: During festivals, adverse weather conditions, natural calamities or political crises and curfews, your shipment may get further delayed. We assure you that we will try our best to deliver your product as quickly as possible and truly appreciate your patience during these times.
For International Orders (outside India):
Our delivery partner for international orders is DHL, UPS and FedEx. It takes upto 7-10 business days from our end to deliver regular orders, but for custom orders it may take an additional 2 days to clear the custom payment and KYC which has to be done by you, the customer.
Note: The shipping charge for international orders varies, depending on your country. And custom duty has to be paid by the customer separately as per the respective country standards.

Return and Exchange Policy
Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before purchasing our product. If your request falls within our policy, we will be happy to assist you.
General Conditions

Returns are not accepted.

Only damaged items are accepted for exchanges within 2 days of receiving the product(only if the item is received damaged in the transit).

Sale or discounted orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

To cancel your order, please email us at weddess.official@gmail.com within 24hrs of placing the order.

Unboxing video is mandatory for exchanges.

After 2 days of delivery, exchanges will be processed.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Sale Orders / Discounted Products.

Products purchased from exhibitions or picked up from in-house.
Exchange Process

Initiate Exhange: Drop us an email at weddess.official@gmail.com within 24hrs of receiving the parcel.

Approval: Our team will review your request. If eligible, we will approve the exchange and arrange for a reverse pickup.

Quality Check (QC): Once the product reaches us, it will undergo a QC process. If it passes, we will process your order on priority bases and deliver it with additional shipping charges(we cannot provide free shipping for exchanges within India)
Note: This applicable only for Domestic orders. International orders has to bare all the shipping charges.
Important Instructions

Ensure the product is in the same condition as when received.

Record an unboxing video of the package before opening the courier seal to claim any physical damage or missing products. Exchanges for damaged or defective products require valid video proof.

Clearly mention your order number and contact number on the package when returning it.
Note: During festivals, Sale, adverse weather conditions like rains, natural calamities or political crises and curfews, your shipment may take upto 20 days to deliver. We assure you that we will try our best to deliver your product. However this not be considered as a valid reason for cancelation or refund.
